Dear Spaulding Adaptive Sports Centers Community,

Due to the recent uptick in COVID-19 rates, we have made the decision to suspend all indoor programming, and return to a full virtual schedule through midJanuary. While this was a difficult choice, our obligation and first priority is to protect the health and safety of our participants and staff.

Our programs not only offer an opportunity to enhance physical well-being, but also provide a time for relationship and community building. We recognize the importance of these opportunities, especially when many of us are feeling the emotional effects of the COVID-19 restrictions.

In an effort to still offer these benefits, we invite you to participate in our virtual programs, which will be offered free of cost for the month of December. Many of our group programs allow for time before and after class to socialize.

Introduction To Mountain Biking will continue every Saturday, on Cape Cod!!
