This gentle class is focused on core strength and full body lengthening and stretching. Movements can be done sitting and/or lying on your back. Its the perfect way to end a long week of other activities and rejuvenate before going into the weekend.

Note: This class is one of our hybridized classes. This virtual class will share an instructor with a live Weingarten class.
