McGraw Total Body Pump + At Home --  VIRTUAL

This group-based exercise class targets strength and conditioning of the lower and upper body, cardiovascular endurance and core strengthening. Exercises are done both seated and standing. Participants must be able to stand independently for up to 5 minutes. Household items such as 1-5lb weights, soup cans, water bottles, and/or range of motion can be utilized. Participate from your wheelchair or another sturdy chair.

Note: This class is one of our hybridized classes. This virtual class will share an instructor with the live class held at the McGraw Center.
