McGraw Total Body Pump --  CAPE COD

This group-based exercise class targets strength and conditioning of the lower and upper body, cardiovascular endurance and core strengthening. Exercises are done both seated and standing. Participants must be able to stand independently for up to 5 minutes. 1-5lb weights, soup cans, water bottles, and/or range of motion can be utilized. Please bring your own form of hand-held weights. Participate in your wheelchair, or folding chair provided. Staff are available to assist with exercise setup.
