ExPD Fitness+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

Bring ExPD to your home with our virtual exercise class! Staff at ExPD are offering a virtual training class through Spaulding Adaptive Sports Centers, which will help you continue your cardiovascular training at home and stay in touch with the ExPD community.This class is open to active ExPD participants only.
We are offering a seated, upper body, circuit-based class that focuses on strengthening muscles used in rowing and raising your heart rate.

If you have a heart rate monitor, wear it to class! Other helpful equipment includes a light-weight pole (broomstick/hockey stick/golf club/ski pole) and free weights (wrist weights/soup cans/etc., recommended = 3lbs). Family members are encouraged to participate as well and may be able to provide support in some of the more challenging exercises or with transitions. We would love for you to join us!
