McGraw Upper Body Pump+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

This online strength and conditioning program is for individuals who wish to carry out a group-based exercise program targeting strength and conditioning of the upper body, cardiovascular endurance and core strengthening. All exercises are done seated. Household items such as 1-5lb weights, soup cans, water bottles and/or gravity-based range of motion can be utilized. Participate from your wheelchair or another sturdy chair.

A link to the Zoom session and directions for using it will be provided prior to the start of class.

Note: This class is one of our hybridized classes. This virtual class will share an instructor with the live class held at the McGraw Center.
