McGraw Yoga+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

Jane Barber for morning chair yoga. We will practice together following both Jane's verbal and physical cues. Suggestions for adaptation of each pose will be provided so you can modify them for your individual abilities. Come prepared to enjoy the relaxing effects of a combination of centering, physical movement and meditation.

Please prepare for class by having a sturdy chair available, a second chair or stool to place your feet on, large books to serve as blocks, a towel or pillowcase to use as a strap, a pillow for a bolster, and a bottle of water.
