These sessions may be reserved for either a youth participant or adult participant.  Our SASC Staff is ready to uniquely accommodate the needs and goals of all ages!

Inclusive Fitness Training sessions are individualized one-on-one fitness sessions lead by either a Physical or Recreational Therapist who is also a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer.  The first session begins with an intake assessment, goal setting, and baseline exercises to create a personalized fitness program.  Future sessions focus on established fitness goals including but not limited to increasing strength, mobility, endurance, balance, and cardiovascular health.  Sessions are 45-minutes in duration and are tailored to meet your specific goals.

Youth Inclusive Fitness Training is geared towards young athletes and children of all abilities.  Youth (ages 6-17) are welcome to sign up for this fun, age-appropriate program.  We will provide education and motivation to help your child safely and effectively work towards their fitness goals such as increasing overall health, mobility, balance, functional movement and even sport-specific goals.
