Chair Yoga+ At Home -- VIRTUAL

Chair Yoga+ At Home focuses on breathing, meditation, strengthening and lengthening the body. The practice begins with breath exercises to connect to the present moment and progresses to gentle seated yoga practive linking breath to movement. The practice concludes with a guided meditation.
Instructors will provide specific suggestions and adaptations for the practice.
A link to the Zoom session and directions for using it will be provided prior to the start of class.
Please note: The Thursday class will be a hybridized class and will share an instructor also providing the an in-person class. If you intend to attend in-person, please use the Boston Chair Yoga link for registration.
