The new Youth Small-Group Fitness Training is geared towards young athletes participating in organized adaptive sports. Led by a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer, children of all abilities, ages 6-17, are welcome to sign up for this fun, age-appropriate program.
Youth athletes will work on drills and skills that focus on functional movement, balance, mobility, endurance, and strength development to enhance performance in their sport.
Training is 60-minutes, and the small group setting ensures athletes can receive individualized cues and adaptations.
