Total Body Strength - 30 Minutes+ At Home -- VIRTUAL

Total Body Strength+ At Home focuses on increasing muscular strength and endurance in a 30-minute session. Instructors will provide options for both upper body and lower body exercises. Exercises can be performed seated or standing and modified for all ability levels.
While equipment is not required, cues for weights and resistance bands can be provided.
A Zoom link to the session will be provided via email prior to the start of class.
