Introduction to Resistance Training+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

Introduction to Resistance Training+ At Home focuses on a gentle introduction to strength training using various types of resistance bands (TheraBand, handled resistance Bands, small loop bands). This class targets the total body and can be performed seated or standing. Our instructors will cue how to choose which bands to use, how to anchor the bands for safety and basic exercise principles.
