Youth Inclusive Fitness Training --  NETWORK

Youth Inclusive Fitness Training is on one-on-one personal training program led by a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer.  Children of all abilities, ages 6-17 are welcome to sign up for this fun, age appropriate program.  Sessions are 45-minute in duration and tailored to meet your child's specific goals.  Our trainers provide education and motivation to help your child safely and effectively work toward fitness goals such as increasing overall strength, mobility, balance, functional movement and cardiovascular health.
