Core and Stretch+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

Core and Stretch+ At Home focuses on increasing core strength and full body stretching.  Instructor will lead you through a warmup, flexibility techniques and core strentghening.  Exercises can be performed seated, standing, or on the floor and can be modified for all ability levels.  Use of weights is optional.
