Inclusive Fitness Training+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

Inclusive Fitness Training+ At Home sessions are individualized one-on-one fitness session lead by a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer.  The first session begins with an intake assessment, goal setting and baseline exercises to create a personalized fitness program. Future sessions focus on established fitness goals including but not limited to increasing strength, mobility, endurance, balance, etc. 

A link to a Zoom session will be provided via email prior to the start of class.
