Adaptive Boxing+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

Adaptive Boxing+ At Home focuses on increasing cardiovascular endurance and upper body strengthening using various boxing techniques and combinations. Exercises can be performed seated or standing and can be modified for all ability levels.  Use of weights is optional.
