Stand and Balance + At Home --  VIRTUAL

Stand and Balance+ At Home focuses on lower body strengthening through various exercises to improve balance.  Dual task challenges will be introduced to incorporate elements of everyday tasks. The benefits and importance of stand-balance will be emphasized throughout the class.

Please have a desk or sturdy chair nearby for balance-assist.

Prerequisite for this class:  ability to stand for at least 30-45 minutes.
Rest breaks are encouraged as needed.
