Inclusive Fitness Training --  CAPE COD

Inclusive Fitness Training sessions are individualized one-on-one fitness sessions lead by a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer.  The first session begins with an intake assessment, goal setting, and baseline exercises to create a personalized fitness program.  Future sessions focus on established fitness goals including but not limited to increasing strength, mobility, endurance, balance, etc.
