Yoga: Breath and Energy --  VIRTUAL

Yoga: Breath and Energy+ At Home focuses on the yogic practices which integrate breathing techniques, movement, and meditation to help vitalize the energy centers in the body.  It is specifically beneficial for improving function in daily lives by helping manage mental and physical fatigue, chronic pain and breathing difficulties. 

This class can be performed seated or on the floor.  No specific props or equipment will be required.
