30-Minute Fitness+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

30-Minute Fitness+ at Home focuses on increasing cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and core stability through a variety of exercises.  Exercises can be performed seated or standing and can be modified for all ability levels.  Use of weights is optional.
