Inclusive Fitness Training+ At Home -- VIRTUAL

Inclusive Fitness Training sessions are individualized one-on-one fitness session lead by a Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer. The first session begins with an intake assessment, goal setting and baseline exercises to create a personalized fitness program. Future sessions focus on your set fitness goals including but not limited to increasing strength, endurance, balance and others you have discussed with your trainer.
A link to a Zoom session will be provided the morning of your scheduled session.
