30-Minute Fitness+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

For those looking to get a quick workout in, look no further than our popular 30-minute fitness class.  The class will rotate weekly, offering a variety of exercises focusing on cardiovascular endurance, strength training and core stability.  Options for both upper body specific and lower body specific strength training is available.  To keep it fresh, instructors will use a deck of cards and/or workout to randomly determine the excercises and number of reps.
