Upper Body Pump+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

This on-line group exercise program will target strength and conditioning of the upper body, cardiovascular endurance and core strengthening. All exercises can be done seated and are able to be modified for all ability levels. Household items such as 1-5lb weights, soup cans, water bottles and/or gravity-based range of motion can be utilized. Participate from your wheelchair or another sturdy chair.

A link to the Zoom session and directions for using it will be provided prior to the start of class.
