Yoga: Breath and Energy --  VIRTUAL

This class emphasises the yogic practices which integreate breathing techniques, movement and meditation to help viatlize the energy centers in our body.  It is specifically beneficial for improved function in our daily lives by helping manage mental and physical fatigue, chronic pain and breathing difficulties.  It can also aide patients who are recovering from Covid-19.

You could do this class whilst seated comfortably and safely on either a chair or the floor of your home. No specific props or equipment will be required.
