Stand and Balance+ At Home focuses on improving standing balance and lower body strength through various exercises including dual tasking.  Please have a desk or sturdy chair nearby for balance. 

Prerequisite for this class: ability to stand for a least 30-40 minutes.  Rest breaks encouraged as needed. 

A Zoom link to the session will be provided via email prior to the start of class.
