Found Sound: Group Drum Circle -- VIRTUAL

Craig Bautz from Double Spirals will be guiding a weekly community drum circle and sound meditation using crystal and Tibetan bowls. For the drum circle, you can use classic drums if you have them or simple items from home including five gallon buckets, Tupperware, pots, pans, phone books with wooden spoons, water bottle with rocks in it for a shaker, tapping on your table, or anything you can think of!
