Functional Fitness+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

Functional fitness classes provide a wide variety of exercises designed to benefit and train the body for activities performed in daily life.  This class will practive exercises and movement patterns such as squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull and carry.  Majority of exercises will be taught at standing level, however adaptations will be provided as needed. 

Although equipment is not required, it is recommended.  Suggested equipment includes dumbells, resistance bands, and an exercise mat.
