30-Minute Fitness+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

For those looking to get a quick workout in, look no further than our new 30-minute fitness class. The class will rotate weekly, offering a variety of exercises focusing on cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and core stability. Options for both upper body specific and lower body specific strength training is available. Instructors will use a deck of cards and/or workout dice will determine the number of reps and exercises.
