Yoga for Cancer Recovery --  VIRTUAL

Receiving a cancer diagnosis changes your life. Join fellow survivors in a Yoga4cancer class to experience how yoga can improve immune function, reduce stress, manage side effects and promote mobility, balance and well-being. This class will emphasize upper body flexibility that is helpful following Breast Cancer, but all survivors are welcome. Join Celia Brunette, PT, a certified Yoga4Cancer instructor for a gentle online yoga class designed to support your journey of recovery. This live Zoom class will guide you through floor, seated and standing movements in the comfort of your home. Celia will offer adaptations and answer questions to ensure a safe practice. Please have a sturdy chair available to help move on and off the floor, a lap blanket, small pillows or yoga blocks and water; a yoga mat is helpful but not necessary.
