This class will utilize resistance bands to focus on low intensity strengthening exercises that can be performed seated or standing. Options will be provided for 3 types of resistance bands.
1. Tube bands with handles
2. TheraBands (flat bands without handles)
3. Small loop bands
 
The first 10 minutes of each class will review how to properly set up and use the bands, as well as band safety and care.
Please come prepared with a set of your own resistance bands
