Stand, Balance, and Barre+ At Home --  VIRTUAL

This online group excercise program will challenge your balance by focusing on light lower body strengthening in a safe manner.  All exercises will be performed from a standing position, including various balance and barre-type excercises.  The benefits and importnace of stand-balance will be emphasized.  Dual task challenges will also be introduced to incorporate elements of everyday tasks.

Please have a desk or sturdy chair nearby for balance.

Prereqruisite for this class: ability to stand for 30 minutes.
