        Movement and Meditation+ At Home is designed for the adaptive community and focuses on mindfulness and yoga intentions.  Led by Lloyd Hawthorn, this practice will use new and familiar yoga poses to move the body.  The class concludes with a relaxing and releasing guided meditation. 
This class can be performed seated or on the floor.  While equipment is not required, cues for use of props such as yoga straps (belt or towel), blocks (stacks of books), and bolsters (pillows, cushions, blankets) will be provided.
