Yoga: Breath and Energy --  VIRTUAL

Today, as we all adjust to new normals of the COVID-19 pandemic, many are experiencing fatigue both mentally and physically. This class, originally designed for recovery from Covid-19, emphasizes on the yogic practices which integrate breathing techniques, movement and meditation to help vitalize the energy centers in our body for improved function in our daily lives and can benefit all of us. You could do this class whilst seated comfortably and safely on either a chair or the floor of your home. No specific props or equipment will be required.
