SASC Screening Policy
(May 29, 2020)
* Participants who have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 are asked to defer their appointments to the facility for 14 days.
* Participants who have tested positive must defer appointments for 14 days after symptom onset or a minimum of 10 days since positive test and must be symptom free 3 days prior to their appointment.
* Participants with symptoms including:

• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Fever
• Chills
• Repeated shaking with chills
• Muscle pain

• Headache
• Sore throat
• New loss of taste or smell
• Runny / congested nose (not related to allergies)
• GI Symptoms

Must defer appointments for 14 days after symptom onset and must be symptom free 3 days prior to their appointment.
