The sport of sled hockey enables youth and adults to play hockey in a seated position with blades beneath them. Players propel themselves by using sticks with picks on the end, or with the assistance of a designated pusher. Sessions are open to able-bodied friends and family member as well. Coaching and equipment are provided to participants in all sled hockey sessions. Practices and clinics consist of group drills, small games, scrimmaging, and individual coaching.

Please come 45 minutes early to be fit into equipment if it is your first time.

This is a community practice and is open to everyone! *If you are a new participant, please arrive an hour ahead of time to get your equipment fitted to you. *If you are returning, please arrive half hour ahead of time to be ready to be on ice by the start of practice at 12:00.
