Adaptive Boxing+ At Home focuses on increasing cardiovascular endurance and upper body strenthening using various boxing techniques and combinations.  Exercises can be performed seated or standing and can be modified for all ability levels.  Use of weights is optional. 

A Zoom link to the session will be provided via email prior to the start of class.
